Thought for the Day?

I really liked the below phrase as seen on the outside of actually a really nice restaurant that I ate lunch at in Lisbon. Unfortunately I didn't take down the name of the restaurant (yes, a very smart move on my behalf!!), but it's located kind of behind the Cathedral, Sé de Lisboa. I really like the idea of someone watching over me, and making sure I'm ok, I think sometimes we all need a helping hand...
